About the event

🌅🧘🏾♂️ Hip Hop Rise
Wellness. Reflection. Renewal.
Hip Hop Rise is the restorative and wellness-centered experience of Hip Hop Camp Out — a space where culture and well-being meet in the calm of the outdoors.
Created by the Chicago Hip Hop Heritage Museum, in partnership with the Cook County Forest Preserves, and produced by Diverse City, Hip Hop Rise reflects a commitment to holistic health, mindfulness, and community healing through culturally grounded practices.
Set against the natural beauty of the forest preserve, Hip Hop Rise offers participants the opportunity to begin their day with intention, reconnect with themselves, and recharge through movement, breath, and reflection.
